Chairman Tao Shengnian introduced in detail the application fields of the company's equipment and products, and led the leaders to visit the innovative project of Nianda Environment, a subsidiary of the Group-Biomass Gasification Polygeneration of New Energy Equipment.

The technology was pioneered in 2002 by the biomass pyrolysis and gasification polygeneration team headed by Professor Zhou Jianbin. In order to solve the problems of low agricultural soil fertility, large amount of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, widespread land degradation and difficult utilization of agricultural waste resources in China as soon as possible, and to achieve the goal of agricultural carbon neutrality, the team has been deeply engaged in this technology. The research and development of this technology has subverted the mode of direct combustion of agricultural and forestry waste for power generation and single output. It not only has biomass energy, but also innovated the history of fertilizer, it can directly reduce the amount of fertilizer by 10 ~ 30%, and has a certain effect, and can repair the degradation, hardening and acidification of the soil.

Since 2016, Nianda Group, relying on the professional team led by Professor Huang Yaji of Southeast University and Professor Zhou Jianbin of Nanjing Forestry University, has realized the achievement and marketization of this technology research, developed a fluidized bed biomass carbonization device, and successfully developed a new modular movable fluidized bed in 2021.

Chairman Tao Shengnian fully demonstrated the new modular movable fluidized bed to all leaders, and explained in detail that the device has achieved a comprehensive iterative upgrade in performance, structure and configuration. It covers an area of only 1/3 of the original device and can be moved and used. Straw charcoal produced by directly processing wastes such as straw and fruit branches in the field is used to produce carbon-based compound fertilizer and apply it to farmland soil, it can significantly improve soil structure, increase soil porosity, reduce bulk density, enhance water retention performance, etc., thereby improving soil fertility level, greatly promoting plant root growth and nutrient and water absorption, not only enhancing lodging resistance, but also improving plant drought resistance, salt resistance and other stress resistance, which is of great benefit to crop yield increase; at the same time, it can also play a role in improving ground temperature (1-3 ℃) and heat preservation, it is beneficial to the growth of crops and makes crops emerge and mature early (3-5 days). In particular, the application of chemical fertilizers is reduced, which in turn reduces greenhouse gas emissions during the production of chemical fertilizers.

The fruit shell charcoal produced from fruit shells and sawdust is processed into high-quality activated carbon by physical or chemical methods, which can effectively adsorb free chlorine, colloids, pesticide residues and other organic pollutants in water, and can be widely used in deep purification of drinking water, industrial water and wastewater, industrial water purification and gas phase adsorption, such as water purification treatment in power plants, petrochemicals, oil refineries, food materials, pharmaceutical shipping and other industries; at the same time, the biomass gas produced can be directly burned to generate electricity or can be processed and supplied to the gas industry.
